The students’ knowledge will be assessed through a final oral talk
The oral exam students are required to orally analyse and describe the arguments of the course and to have a critic approach.
The following will be evaluated:
1) The lexical correctness of the exposition (5 pts);
2) The correctness of the conceptual analyses (10 pts);
3) The management of an effective methodology of learning (5 pts
The course will thus focus on the reading and interpretation of political, ethic and philosophical texts, in order to improve the understanding of the communication processes and their effects on political, ethic and behavioural field. Special focus will be placed on the analysis of most common political categories of the occidental culture.
In particular, students will be required to analyse and interpret the political, ethic and communication phenomena. Students will be also required to manage the main political and ethic categories to understand the languages through which media interact with the collective imaginary and individual forma mentis.
The course is divided into three modules:
1) Analysis of power, ideology, liberty and communication.
2) Analysis of mass media and their interactions with collective imaginary and dominant brainframe.
3) Analysis of social consensus in the technological civilization.

Frontal lessons: the lecturer explains the contents of the course, interacting with the students through their questions and observations
