Identifying labour law issues in the context of the business system
Knowledge of constitutional and civil law regulations governing employment law. Knowledge of special laws concerning different types of contracts, dismissal, redundancy funds, employer and employee obligations, pathological situations in the employment relationship, sources of law and collective agreements.
