RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE GROUP MOTOR ACTIVITY THEORY
The following topics will be examined:
Definition of sporting training
Definition of sports load
Adaptation of the apparatus following sporting training
Problems related to aerobic, anaerobic, mixed and anabolic training
Auxology in close connection with training methodology
Learning of movement based on the stress of movement analysers
Voluntary and involuntary movements, in open and close circuit
The slides of the lectures will be available to students on the e-learning platform in three parts: after the analysis of the training methodology, after auxology and after the neuroscience section.
Students will be recommended reference books, at the beginning of the course.
Frontal lectures, for a total of 48 hours, will help the students to achieve the educational objectives of the course. Attendance at the lectures is strongly recommended.
The professor constantly encourages the interaction with students with debates and shared analysis of the issues introduced during the lectures, in order to stimulate curiosity and critical skills.
The professor receives by appointment, following a request to the students’ administrative office.
