There is only one oral examination, supplemented by the written examination of Prof. Floreani. The final vote will be determined by the degree of acquisition of the expected knowledge and skills, with criteria that take into account: knowledge of the subject matter covered, ability to analyse and synthesis, expressive mastery and language specific to the subject matter.

The main objective of the teaching of this course is the acquisition of a basic vocabulary of the Theory and Methodology of sports training, integrated with notions of Sports Medicine and neuroscience, auxology, highlighting obvious reciprocity of Report.
At the end of the course, the student is expected to have acquired the following skills: awareness of the meaning of the most relevant concepts of training methodology, training physiology, auxology, motion learning on neurophysiological basis.

The following topics will be covered: definition of sports training definition of the sports load adaptations of the equipment following sports training problems with aerobic, anaerobic, mixed, anabolic training auxology in close connection with the methodology of training motion learning based on the stress of movement analyzers voluntary and involuntary movements, on the open and closed circuit.

The lesson slides will be available in three parts: after the treatment of the methodology of training, after auxology, after the part of neuroscience. Reference texts will be proposed at the beginning of the course.

The training objectives of the course will be achieved through face-to-face lessons for a total of 48 hours. Attendance of lessons is strongly recommended.
