The final goal of the couse is to provide to the students all the basic informations about the genetic and chromosomal mechanism at the basis of human pathology.

General and human formal genetics.
The mutations: gene and chromosome mutations in man.
Mendelian inheritance in human pathology.
X-linked inheritance in human pathology.
