The exam consists in an essay on a topic treated during the course and an oral on all the topics covered in the course.

The course aims to increase students' knowledge in terms of soft and digital skills, in order to acquire key skills for the present labor market. The pathway accompanies students towards understanding the crucial value of soft and digital skills, which are useful for managing career and life paths as well as for learning.
The expected results are development of the soft skills and digital skills.

EXPECTED LEARNING RESULTS
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
1. Define a framework of the most relevant skills in the labor market today.
2. Assess the economic, social and cultural context of the current labor market.
3. Analyze the concept of employability and career management skills in order to outline a satisfying career.
4. Know the digital skills.
5. Identify elements of organizational culture and behavior.
6. Knowing how to evaluate what skills you have and how to develop new ones.

The texts will be indicated by the teacher at the beginning of the course.

Convenzionale

Teaching uses an interactive approach with lessons that require the student to proactively participate in classroom exercises.
The analysis of case studies and the contribution of testimonials of the world of work is also provided.
