MEDICINA CLINICA E SPECIALISTICA 1 - CO
There are no preliminary requirements, but according to the Regulation, the student must have passed all the exams and the qualifications required for the first year
The exam is designed to assess the knowledge on the topics covered by the course, as well as scientific language properties. The exam consists of an oral test in which the student will be asked questions related to the content of the course as indicated by the Learning Units. The vote is expressed in thirtieths
The main objective of the course is the knowledge of the main diseases of nursing interest in the field of cardiovascular, respiratory and infectious diseases and medical oncology.
At the end of the course it is expected that the student has acquired the following skills, for each topic covered:
1. To define the diseases under study
2. To describe the pathogenesis and epidemiology
3. To know the clinical manifestations and the diagnostic process
The course also includes the acquisition of transversal skills, such as acquisition of scientific language property and the differential diagnosis capability between major diseases
The course consists of 60 hours of frontal lessons, divided into 4 disciplines for 15 hours each: cardiovascular, respiratory and infectious diseases and medical oncology. No exercises are planned. The lessons are supported by the slide.
