ISTITUZIONI DI DIRITTO PUBBLICO
In the first part of the course the aim to achieve is the study of the organization of the means and ends of the Constitutional State of the system, of the system of the sources of law, of the Republican system, of the territorial autonomies, of the constitutional justice, of the constitutional rights and duties.
Then we will focus on the right of health and on the problems connected to it (thanks to the study of the most significant judgments of the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation, too).
Then we will focus on the concept of “Model Network” of National Healthcare System and the main laws related to nursing and ethics and deontology.

RADIOPROTEZIONE
Legislations and general principles of radiation protection. History of radiation and type of ionizing radiation. X-ray machines and radioactive sources. Quantities used in radiological protection. Multiplicity of image methods with ionizing and non-ionizing radiation in medicine. Natural radiation background. Production of X-rays. Types of hospital risk from ionizing radiation. Radioprotection problems in the diagnostic and therapeutic use of ionizing radiation: diagnostic imaging, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and radiotherapy. Biological aspects of radiological protection. Practical criteria of radioprotection in medicine. Safety of operators and patients in magnetic resonance imaging.
