Oral lectures (12h):
a)Solvent extraction and solid phase extraction pre-concentration techniques (2h);
b)passive sampling techniques of gases (1h);
c) Gaschromatographic methods for the determination of: BTEX, PCB, chlorinated pesticides, fatty acids composition of oils (4h);
d)Micro wave assisted wet digestion of solids (1h);
e)ETAAS and ICP-MS elemental determinations (2h);
f)FTIR determination of hydrocarbons (2h).
Labortory activities (60 ore): utilisation of the explained methods.

Lecture notes furnished by the lecturer

The module will be taught during 12 h of lectures and 60 h of laboratory practice. All laboratory activities will be done i groups of 3-4 students: tipically, in every day of lab practice each group will perform one of the proposed method. Every group will be followed by a lab assistant: at the end of each lab day every group will submit the obtained results. With a planned rotation, every group will perform all proposed activities.
