It is recommended to refresh the institutional notions of private law with particular reference to the part relating to contracts in general.
Oral examination
The aim of the course is to provide students with the theoretical and practical knowledge to draft and understand the main business contracts models.

4) Mandate and representation
5) Leasing
6) Procurement contract
7) Outsourcing
8) Agency and mediation
9) Franchising
10) Leasing
11) Factoring
12) Credit agreements
13) Insurance

It is also recommended to consult the legal provisions examined during the lessons.
Theoretical lectures will alternate with the analysis of case law and contract models
The course will include some lectures by lawyer Stefano Fagetti that will allow students to approach the subject with a practical approach oriented to the resolution of concrete cases.
