INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW
Students will be assessed by viva voce examination
The first part of the course aims at providing students with basic knowledge to understand most commonly used contracts in international trade and their applicable law.
A second part of the course will be devoted to the study of the international relationship between Italy and Switzerland with a particular focus on trade in goods and services and the free movement of workers.
To prepare for the exam, which will be viva voce, students can rely on the following handbooks:

Lectures will be delivered in English and they will be supplemented by seminars on selected topics organised by Prof. Alice Pisapia
