In the first lesson the students' skills in the field of administrative law are verified
At the end of each lesson, the contents of the next lesson and the case studies are indicated. At the end of the lesson, students are asked if there are unclear or overly complex aspects. There are no written exercises.
The aim of the course is to provide a specific preparation in a subject, such as the transformation of the territory, constantly evolving and of increasing importance in the sensitivity of citizens, administrators and professional operators.
The course covers the discipline of planning, the transformation of the territory and management of the same in urban planning and environmental. After each lesson, the materials of the next lesson are sent to the students (sentence, legislation, parts of the manuals) as well as the lesson plans. Each lesson opens with the classification of the subject dealt with, then proceeds with the illustration of the case, the normative profiles, treaties and the conclusion reached by the judges who are invested in the matter.
