The course aims to analyse Administrative law, as a branch of Public law which disciplines the organization and activity of public administration.
The course will analyse the following topics: 1. general principles of administrative law; 2. italian administrative organization; administrative activity and its proceeding; public interventions in the economy and public services; administrative process.
