The course aims to provide students with the knowledge and manual skills necessary for daily practice to obtain and maintain oral health by applying the various technologies present in the field of dentistry. It also intends to provide the cognitive tools necessary for the understanding of diversified means and methods of intervention, according to the different clinical pictures of adult or child patients.
Another objective of the course is to give Dental Hygienists the knowledge of the dynamics of managing their professional life in a dental practice and towards patients by establishing an appropriate communicative-relational relationship
