The course aims to provide first the legal basis necessary to be able to understand the regional laws regarding tourism. Therefore, the first objective will be to know the law in the field of Administrative procedure (Law 241/1990). To then analyse the Lombardy Region Law No. 27/2015.

The course will develop along the line drawn up by administrative law, with particular regard to the sources of State and regional law, for the allotting of competences between State and regions, for the sources of the European Union and for the law in the field of proceedings Administrative.
Particular attention will be devoted to the study of the regional law in the field of tourism.
