Lectures also characterized by the setting of questions related to practical cases to solve together with the students and the comparison of the various bankruptcy proceedings; preparation by the students of the schemes procedures and control by the teacher.

The course covers the description of the alternative insolvency legislation, and specifically:
A - The compulsory administrative liquidation:
- General principles, the procedure provided for in the Bankruptcy Law, the differences with the failure
- The compulsory liquidation in the Banking Act
- The forced liquidation of Insurance Companies

B - The Extraordinary Administration
- The Decree-Law 8.7.1999 n. 270
- The DL 23.12.2003 n. 347
- The structure of the institutes
- Notes on the proceedings
