Born in Tricase (LE) on March 22, 1977.

After graduating from classical high school, he graduated in Law at the University of Salento.

(18 July 2012) PhD in Public Administration, Economy and Finance (Sector IUS / 12 - Tax Law) - University of Bari Aldo Moro - Faculty of Law - Department for the Study of Mediterranean Societies (2009/2012).

He was adjunct professor (from January 2016 to December 2018) of Tax Law at the Department of Business Economics (Vicenza) - University of Verona.

He obtained (May 22, 2018) the qualification as second level Professor of Tax Law.

He was adjunct professor (from December 2018 to 30 September 2021) of Italian and European Tax Law at the Department of Social and Political Sciences - University of Milan.

From 1 October 2021 he is a researcher [art. 24, co. 3, lett. b), L. n. 240/2010] of Tax Law at the Department of Economics of the University of Insubria, where he teaches Tax Law, Institutions of Tax Law, Proceedings and Process, Tax Law and Tax Process.
